I’m Tarah Mancl, owner and primary yoga teacher of The Wellness Barn Studio. I am a Board Certified Health Coach and member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I take a holistic approach to Health Coaching that includes nutrition, physical activity and movement, stress reduction and mindfulness, and strengthening of the mind + body connection. This approach is informed by my personal experiences, training in Integrative Nutrition, and study of behavioral cognitive therapies.
When we work together, we won’t just focus on what you eat. We’ll carefully examine all the elements that contribute to your wellness, identify goals, and find sustainable methods that work for you. I want everyone to know that transformation is possible and true wellness is accessible. I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
