Jtown Hot Yoga's mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of all students, regardless of age, health status or experience level, through the study and practice of 26/2 Hatha yoga, Fusion Vinyasa, Yin, Core Cardio (HIIT) as well as Sculpt! We are a welcoming, safe and supportive environment. We encourage our students to focus on what they CAN do, while challenging themselves both physically and mentally, to achieve a powerful balance of body and mind.
